Has to be one of my worst rabbits...one I really really struggle to shake.
Once your done binging....to u feel better??

I don't I just don't want to stop....I don't feel bad even...I just wanna continue my binge then start again.

I'm curious to hear everyone else's binge habbits?
Surely I'm not the only person out there who struggles with the inpluse to stuff everything edible into my mouth after a really healthy day.

Yours, desperate.

Do you binge on carrots? or on Cadbury chocolate Easter eggs. I like them both:)

Are you over restricting your calories?

No I don't think so. I aim for 1200 or 1500 on a desperate day.
    Reasonable enough.
My binge tendencies sometimes over come my motivation.

At the end of the day is the worst. I can go all day then throw it all away by piling into the chocolates at the last point.

As a bunny owner, I laughed at worst rabbits, haha. Sorry.

Anyways, I can do well all day and then at night blow it. I'm trying to be better at it by replacing late night eating with fruit and veggies.

OMG! I am the worst binger. I've some epic ones. I swear I wake up like 3 days later in some kind of food coma. Luckily, I haven't binged in about 2 weeks.

Slowly but surely I'm losing the habit. It takes time.

I save calories to eat at night. I hate eating in the morning so it's easy for me to do. I don't keep the high calorie foods around that can start a binge. Logging it all before I eat helps too. Seeing the exact damage I'm doing to the calorie deficit was eye opening. I can wipe out a week's progress with one bad night.

In my experience with this, you have to want to stop it in order to stop. Losing or maintaining weight has to be more important than satisfying the urge. Hard to see in that moment though.

When I have trouble with crazy cravings, it's generally because I've been restricting too much, exercising too much, not eating enough fat, or not getting enough sleep.

If you're only eating 1200-1500 calories, how much are you exercising?

I know how you feel i also tend to do that, then the guilt sets in then i restrict the next day which happens to be today,

That is why you can't get out of the cycle. Restricting is what causes the binge, so over-restricting after a binge will only set you up for the next one.

What are your stats? 1200 to 1500 cals isn't much?

I've read this many times and I also struggle with binging. This Dec I've been really careful to log as I binge. After about 800 calories of candy inhaled in 15 minutes I think 2 things: what a waste of calories, and it's only a third of a pound. I'm now eating 2 or 3 pieces of candy a day because I don't want to see all the red on my diary. After 4 weeks, I'm finally looking at candy and not feeling the need to eat it all right now, this very minute. I think it will take a few more months to develop this new habit but am beginning to believe I might one day see some free Christmas candy, take one or two, and stop. But I won't buy it and bring it into the house anytime soon!
