Hello! This is my first post and hope it's in the right place
My name is Molly.
I recently made up my mind to pursue body building once again. Due to a toxic relationship and life handing me a plate "drama", I lost focus and my heart was no longer involved. Now that I put an end to the toxic relationship, my head and heart is back into the game!
Back in 2012 I was nearly stage ready for figure competition, after loosing 60 pounds. Unfortunaney, I went through a divorce and 6 months later my Father passed away. Being in a vulnerable state, I entered into a relationship with an undercover drug abuser in 2013. Spring of 2015 I ended the relationship and he went bonkers! Long story... Now that the drama has subsided some, my heart is back into training!
My goal is to rebuild the mass I lost and shed this layer of "fluff" in hopes of being stage ready for bikini comp by late spring. I know I can do it; the will and drive is there! My downfall is that I get frustrated at not being able to lift was I used to! Also, I managed to hyper extend my knee and my squating is NOT what it was! Ugh!! Another issue I have is my medication (Vyvanse 50) I take for A.D.D.! I have a "fun" time trying to eat! I eat and my tummy feels like I have rocks in there! I know I need to eat more to reach my goals. I've discussed this with my Dr and will do so again. I am researching essential oils for A.D.D. In hopes of getting away from the Vyvanse.
My stats are:
Height.....5'8"
Weight....155lbs
I could care less about the weight portion. I go by how I feel and what the tape messure says!
I hope everyone has a blessed day and I look forward to all the support!
