    I love mine! Helps with my posture and back pain a lot while shaping my body. No matter how much you work out your body won't be molded into the shape you want without one. There are a lot of misconceptions about the "dangers" of waist training, its not corset training and its not hurting your organs. If you want to do it don't let people on here talk you out of it.

    But its not a substitute for exercise and healthy eating.
    Your shape is genetic and unless you opt for surgery, no garment is going to change it. It's pseudoscience like this that lure people into doing dumb things like this because no one on that side is telling them the actual truth about how physiology works.
    If your back hurts, it's be because your posture is bad. Probably should work on that WITHOUT a corset because all that does is weaken the core even more.
