Hi everyone! I have taken a year off MP to get my life in order, and now I'm ready to do this the right way. 14 months ago I was at my lowest adult weight, and I looked amazing. I didn't feel amazing though, so it was frustrating. I initially lost 20 pounds "the right way" but started to slip into old bulimic habits. I would overindulge and could not lived with it, so I would purge. This started becoming an every day event, and as I was losing weight, mentally, I was unravelling.

Cut to now... I am 50 lbs overweight, and I am ready to lose it all the healthy way. I really need support though! I have never told anyone I am bulemic, but I am sure my husband suspected it. Please add me if you need a supportive friend, this has been really hard to admit, but I am ready to look to the future!

I wish you the best, please add me if you would like support. It's not an easy road to travel, but it is worth every bump.
