Hey, I'm starting 2016 with some goals that I would love to reach by july, December at the latest! Would love to have motivators to help me stay on track. I'm starting to eat healthier and been going to the gym daily.

    Eating healthy is hard..... and blows...... its not what you eat. but, how much...... you can have so much success by eating what you enjoy...... it is a simple process of using this app and strictly following your calories...... I've lost 39lbs so far and I eat 6 times a day......... good luck on your journey :#:#
