Healthy decisions while pregnant

Anyone pregnant that wants to use the app or has been already to track healthy nutritional intake and smart exercise? I'm just starting out and want to track healthy decisions and drop bad habits for a healthy pregnancy. Not pregnant yet though!!

    Excellent. Learn to track daily protein, fiber (very important in last trimester), even calcium.
    Don't forget to take your one a day women's with folic acid. Fiber should be ~25 grams a day. Get yourself a book about nutrition while pregnant?
