Hi
I'm back after a few years AWOL, had a crazy few years.
My dad got very sick a few years ago and weight loss became the last thing on my mind, then I got pregnant, had a beautiful boy then 5 months later became pregnant with my darling girl!
Unfortunately my dad passed away late last year and it's took a few months for me to get my head into weight loss again, but I'm back and raring to go, I had great success last time and really hope to get even further this time and make a permanent life change!
I couldn't have done it without the support of mfp friends last time so if anyone wants to add me that would be great , we all need support!!
