Just started using Fitnesspal after 4 months of working with a trainer and hasn't seen a difference.. Hoping I can follow this program to achieve my goal.

    If you stay true to it, you will be successful. ..... lost 39lbs so far..... no exercise, just eating the right amounts throughout the day.... Good luck!

    Myfitnesspal seems like it's going to be a good fit for me. It makes me think all day about the amount that I eat. :smiley: I'll be your friend if you'd like!
