Kick in the butt!

Have used MFP on & off for several years—it's a great way to keep track of how much & what I eat. Joined the YWCA 2 years ago to get fit and now do water aerobics & yoga, but my blood sugar is now at pre-diabetic levels. Just the kick in the butt I needed to get back on MFP. I'm hoping that both weekly exercise and watching my diet will help me take off weight & get my blood sugar down. I use a Misfit Shine (fitness tracker), which syncs really well with MFP.

Would love to get to know anyone else working toward similar goals!

    I can relate to almost everything you expressed. I am my all time heaviest. Can't afford to look back.
