At what point do I begin to eat back my exercise calories?

I've set my activity level to sedentary as I work at a computer and don't do much activity outside of the gym.

I understand that sedentary assumes a basic level of activity, but where does that level end and when does my activity at the gym go over sedentary and require logging?

I walk 2 miles round trip to the gym and then I usually do about 45 minutes on the treadmill or bike. I know that the machines overestimate (and so does MFP).

Do I log everything gym-related? Would I log the walk as well, or is that walk already assumed under the sedentary level?

I appreciate the help. I've searched the forums and it seems that activity levels can be widely interpreted.

Really, it comes down to whether or not you are losing at the rate you expect to lose. If you are losing faster than you expected, add back some of your walk calories.
