So recently found this app and am excited about it. Have already become more aware of food selection choices and how they impact workouts. Finally breaking through a wall I have been pushing for about a year. I'm looking for discussion about unique exercises and maintaining overall wellness. I know a lot but there is so much more I would like to learn about nutrition and maintaining or correcting imbalances in the body.
