High protein vegan "soft serve"

Here's a quick and easy high protein frosty dessert recipe:

1/2 frozen medium banana
1/2 cup nut milk (I like cashew milk for its creaminess)
1/4 cup coconut water
1 cup organic frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, cherries, and mangoes or a combo of fruits works nicely)
1 scoop vegan protein powder (My favorite is Orgain chocolate)
Optional: 1 tbl cocoa powder (for a good boost of iron)

Place all in a high speed blender and pulse until combined and the consistency of soft serve.

    It is! I made some with half an avocado the other night and it makes for an even more ice cream-like consistency and a shot of healthy fat.
