Hey Guys,
So I just got FitBit however the one question I have is how do you work out your food eaten?
Is there a way to add custom amounts or add manual numbers? The reason being that im in the UK and the foods dont match up correctly!
Any help would be great and also if anyone has it and wants an additional friend feel free to add me! http://www.fitbit.com/user/267N9Y

Set up your Fitbit to sync with MFP....there are links on both FitBit & MFP sites, then enter food on MFP only & it automatically syncs to FitBit.....I never log food on FitBit site. PS....I'm from UK too.0

I sync mine, too. I have to manually add in miles from my swims, but my foods and land-based exercise transfers right over. Don't enable negative adjustments though. That screwed me right up.0
