So I just got a fitbit charge hr, and I'm not sure if I should be eating back my calories from the calorie adjustment it gives me. So should I he eating back all of the calories, part of them, or none?

General rule of thumb is 50 percent of your deficit, depending on how large the deficit is. If your talking a few hundred calories I would just have an extra banana or other fruit as a sort of free snack but if you're talking about 1000+; Fill the calorie void with clean protein rich foods and natural carbs after your workout usually helps me fill my void. If it's from your extra steps accumulated throughout the day. Find your average calorie deficit throughout the week and try adding a few snacks throughout the day to avoid a large deficit at the end of the day.0
