Checking this out and wondering if I should switch to this for tracking since Weight Watchers upped the points for most of my protein foods like beans, quinoa, brown rice, lentils, oats, etc. So it's hard to stay within the points. I'm a whole foods plant based eater and eat pretty clean, hardly any processed foods and none of the fake vegan meats. I really feel they penalized the vegans and vegetarians. They did raise points on saturated fats and sugars but I didn't eat those anyway. It's been hard, so I'll see if this works better for me.

If going to a group works best for you, you could try slimming world, unlimited pasta, potatoes, grains, legumes etc. I'm not on commission by the way. I quit SW after a month because I was oversyning on alcohol0
