Hi all
Super quick question.
If I set MyFitnessPal to include negative calorie adjustments from Fitbit, will it only add on the number of calories burned by 'Active Minutes', or will it also include calories burned from normal steps?
I only ask because, to me, normal steps are not really calories burned as I do them everyday anyway
Thanks!

It will count all step activity, whether or not you have negative calorie adjustment enabled. If you turn on negative calorie adjustment, you will just see a negative amount in the morning when you wake up, instead of seeing zero calories earned. As you move about during the day, the negative calories should eventually turn positive. If you happen to be sick and spend all day in bed, which has happened to me, you may end the day with negative calories earned because you did not move as much as you indicated when you set your daily activity level in MFP (Sedentary, Lightly Active, Active, or Very Active).0
