Fat loss comes first and foremost from what and how much you eat. Log your food, pay attention to the macros and find a sustainable eating pattern that allows you to lose fat over time.

Congratulations on adopting the kettle bell as a tool for strength training, but what weight are you working with and is it really working you? For example the weight I use for a Turkish Get Up is a less than I use for one arm thrusters, which is less than I use for kettle bell swings. If you’re wanting to get a metabolic kick with kettle bell and mini-trampoline, I’d do a circuit to allow the workout to have some cardiovascular effects.

My kettle bell is 5kg and yes it's working I feel the benefit the next day

I think I need to educate myself better with eating and macros it always looks as I'm eating to many carbs but I struggle to cut them out
