Not new, but I am back.

I have know idea how the weight keeps finding its way back to me, but every year or so I have to keep myself in check. I am a pretty active person and I don't think I eat terribly, but for some reason I always have to be working out or dieting or I start to gain weight again.
Super frustrating.

This sight usually gets me focused again and reminds me of what kinds of food I should be eating and how much exercise has to be a part of my daily life.
