Just started here for added motivation

Im currently training for a half marathon in March and this is a tough time to log a bunch of miles with the cold/snow and short days. I am, however, already ahead of last years training schedule. Any recommendations on how best to use myfitnesspal would be appreciated!

Best way to use MFP is to track what you eat imo. I use Runtastic to track my runs, and connect it to MFP app. It works great, it tracking calories in vs calories out.0

I use the Nike app for my runs and am pleased with it, but have never used anything else. How do you like Runtastic? Im not neccesarily looking at losing weight per se but would like to drop 10 lbs before this next race.0
