Been trying to conceive for a while now. After countless dollars spent with doctors trying to figure out what's wrong the only conclusion they can come up with is "unexplained infertility" and to lose weight and increase my cardiovascular exercise....so here I am. My goal is to lose about 50-70 lbs.

I know this was posted a long time ago, but I am currently ttc, seeing specialist, running out of money! My husband and I are the only ones going through this path in regards to my friends and family. Just trying to find people who have been through it and get guidance! Thank you!

Been thru it many many years ago before all the tests they have today. After many years of distress we found it was due to 1. endometriosis, I was all scarred up and 2. fibroids in the uterus which would have prevented a full term pregnancy, 3. a low sperm count. With all the knowledge today hopefully they can help you. Best wishes.
