Anyone with Celiac's or Crohne's out there?

Hello all, I was diagnosed with Celiac's disease about a year and a half ago and more recently found that I have Crohne's disease as well. So long story short I have many ups and downs with my GI health and each day can be a struggle. Anyone have similar issues? Have recipe's to share? I would love to hear other's input who face similar circumstances.

Also looking for more friends if anyone would like to add :smile:

    No, but wheat products give me migraines, so I still avoid all gluten containing products!
