Hi! I'm excited to try again yet another year. But this year I want to achieve my fitness goals. I'm honestly trying to make an effort to make good healthy food decisions one day at a time. By using my fitness pal it makes me more aware of how many calories (good or bad) that I'm consuming. I plan on using this app and this community of like minded people to help me obtain my goals. People who understand that struggle is real. And one that is daily! Here we go!!
