Well, it is that time of the week...time to weigh in and post your numbers. I hope that everyone was able to stay focused, motivated, and dedicated to this challenge over the last week. If not, well...we still have time so get going!!!
Last week I weighed 142.8 and this week I am at 142.6. Not much of a change, but I feel really great with having a full week of exercise and knowing that I kept up with my food tracker! I am going to measure tonight and add that into my weekly check because I have a feeling that I may loose more inches before the weight falls off.
As for my workouts...I did 5 workouts and burned anywhere from 550-650 calories each time. I also incorporated some weights to help tone (abs especially), but really focused on the cardiovascular portion of my workouts. I mixed it up and cross-trained using the elliptical, bike, stair climbing machine thing that is way too big, and this gazelle-like machine. Changing it up helped to keep me from getting bored!
Once everyone has posted their progress, I will post a list with the numbers! Talk soon!
