Herbalife Shakes and headaches?

I recently have tried the Cookies & Cream + Vanilla shake and I noticed that each time I have experienced a headache shortly afterwards. Has anyone else experienced anything like this or does anyone have any idea what may be causing it?

    what are the ingredients listed? any artificial sweetners? I know I have to be careful with what I eat/drink bc if it has anything artificial I will get a headache

    A quick search shows headaches as a common side effect of drinking Herbalife shakes (not just the C&C). Have you tried just eating regular food but less of it?

    Perhaps a bit of imbalance from your wallet being so much lighter?

    Sorry - just a bit of poking fun at how overpriced Herbalife is.

    That said, I'd agree with the advice to ditch the ridiculously overpriced and poor-tasting shakes, and just eat real food in appropriate portion sizes within a set caloric limit.
