Time for this Nurse to get fit (fitbit user)

My goal is to get fit and let go of 60 pounds. I lost 50 pounds 7 years ago and slipped back into my old habits. I did it once I can do it again. Looking for some friends to stay accountable. https://www.fitbit.com/user/37BYVS

    Hi there! My goal is to lose about 30lbs, but I'm more focused on fat reduction, so if I weigh more, but because of muscle, that would be fine with me.
    I lost about 15 lbs a little under 2 years ago, but put it all back on, so I'm in a similar, though toned down, boat.

    I'm on fitbit too, under AnjaliSD, and would also like friends to keep me accountable!

    I want to lose a similar amount to yours. I would like to lose 26.1kg (which is a little more than 60lbs). I also have a fitbit. I'll add you both on Fitbit and MFP :D

    I'm a district nurse so don't do night shifts - thank goodness. trouble is though I spend a lot of my day sat down in front of a computer now, I'm actually going to see a patient today - yey :smiley: I haven't got a fitbit but hoping to get one soon.
