Jillian Michael's Body Revolution, B210k and T25

Hello there. Just getting back to working out after taking some serious time off from exercise. I'm mostly just looking to improve my fitness. If I lose weight during, so be it. I probably have ten extra lbs on my frame.

I'm going to be doing B210k so I can try to complete another quarter marathon. I plan on doing it 3x a week.

Should I alternate BR and T25k on the days I'm not running?

Would it be wise to have a day or two off during the week? Should I throw some yoga in?

Happy for any thoughts on this.
