I'm looking at trying to start some strength training, but its been years since i've been to the gym, and i'm pretty confused about where to start... what is a good, easy to follow program that can be completed in a minimal time daily?
I am a full time student and work part time, so I do not have hours to spend at the gym. I also have a dog that needs walking. I have been using brisk dog walks as Cardio for now, and might transition into some jogging or biking come summer. I've looked at HIIT but i'm not sure... thoughts?

StrongLifts5x5, Starting Strength, Fierce 5, and a few others are good starting points for building strength. 3x/week full body exercises. It'll start out taking ~30-45 minutes when the rest times are short, but as you progress it may increase to an hour or so. Pick the one that interests you the most.0
