I've been using an ankle injury as an excuse. I was doing my daily run round my local park and a frickin tree stump jumped out on me!!! Scared the bejesus out of me and now have some pretty messed up ligaments. So if you can't do phys you can eat what you want right??? Get a grip girl. I've have the most indulgent Christmas EVER!!
I've lost over 10 stone in the past but yo-yo the last 2. I'm at the heaviest I've been since I lost the weight 5 years ago. Time to sort it out. I've been using the app for about 18 months but my longest streak is only 20 days. I've never used the community before, hoping that trying something different will help me be more accountable....so I guess this is "HIYA"
