Confused over calorie allowance?

I did the TDEE calculations and I calculated it based on 3 days a week exercise. (I am now doing 6 days a week). I am not sure if I am calculating it right but should I be eating my exercise calories if I have factored it into my calorie allowance already.

If there is anyone with advice or can help me get my calculations right that would be greatly appreciated

When going by TDEE you do not eat back your exercise calories.

Make it simple on yourself, plug your info into MFP and use that method (NEAT). Eat back roughly half your exercise calories to account for miscalculations.

TDEE less a percent is good provided you are going to be a consistent exerciser. Because workouts are included up front, so you don't eat calories back. If you want to "log" workouts in MFP, then overwrite the burns to 1 calorie.

MFP gives you a deficit BEFORE exercise. Then you log workouts & eat calories back, HOWEVER, calorie burns are pretty generous so many people eat back 50-75%

Pick one method. Calorie allotments are very similar if you plug in the same data.
