hey! ive been on my weight loss journey for 3 months. ive lost 38 pounds. i havent been eating the most healthiest things? Ive been having those weight watcher meals for dinner and now i realize those are not that healthy. can anyone add me that eats very healthy that has there diary open for me to look at some healthy meals. please!!!?

Check the eatingwell website. There are loads of recepies and it's all healthy eating. I've lost 20lbs follow their 1500 meal plan0

You've done really well probably best to just slowly change what your eating to ensure that you do t revert back. The weightwatchers meals or any prepackaged portion are a really good way to co tell eating. Maybe try only having half a portion and making the rest of your calories up with vegetables then try alternate days with weightwatchers swoped out for a chicken breast or another lean protein then eventually swap over. A really nice easy way for some low calorie flavour can be gained by using the Swartz herb range they do great combinations of all in one blends that taste great . Good luck0 -
