Neoprene waist wraps for sweatin' your stomach?

Hi everyone!
I wanted to get some opinions on those neoprene waist trimmers that are supposed to be worn while working out? I have one and have worn it a couple of times, but it's too uncomfortable.
Did it work for you? Or is it kind of useless?
Thanks!

I bought one of these when I was just starting out. Wore it all the time. Never noticed a bit of difference with my stomach. Toss it and concentrate on the stuff that really matters (diet & exercise)

Nope. Exercise more, and/or eat less calories than you burn.

If you're looking to sweat a lot, I'd recommend fashioning a shirt and pants out of trash bags. You'll sweat lots!

Not that it will do a damn thing for you unless you're trying to lose one last pound to make weight for the wrestling meet.

I sweat a lot when I was fat because I was hot all the time.

It didn't help me lose fat.

It's awesome for making you sweaty, uncomfortable and, if you're really lucky and use it often enough, giving you acne where you've never had it before!!

Completely useless for weight loss, fat loss or changing body shape.

I've got one and I like it! I don't work out in it and haven't used it over Christmas but intend to get a more 'agressive' one soon. It definitely makes your tummy flatter and helps with posture. Touch wood my back hasn't hurt since wearing it..you are definitely conscious it's on all the time but I am pretty vain so I don't mind much

It's a neoprene corset that will trap oils and sweat against your skin.

    "Sweat is fat crying"
    Is a fitspo metaphor,
    Not physical fact.
