22 with newborn baby

191 post delivery havent weighted myself since i imagine im somewhere around 180. Im 5ft 8in tall and id like to be down to at least 160 or 165 by summer. My baby is 3 weeks now i also have a 2 year old. Any advice for a busy mom in exercising? Im also a picky eater when it comes to veggies. I hate them raw and i can't stand seafood, eggs or tomatoes :/

    I am a 24 year old mom of a 3 year old, 2 year old and 6 month old and am around 187 pounds and 5'8. Hoping to be 169 by May for my 5 year vow renewal with my husband. Ultimately would like the weigh in at 150. I can definitely be a support and can use some motivation too. Don't rush yourself, and don't diet too much at this point. You are only 3 weeks post partum and need all the rest you can get. I had a lot of success in 2 months of exercise and watching calories and trying to make healthier choices with food after my first baby and lost 14 pounds in 2 months... but then got pregnant again. I have lost 6 in the month of December even with all the sweets and big family dinners.. so I hope I can continue.
