On Keto, Wondering about Diary Nutrient Levels

So was wondering what nutrients I should worry about being too high or low?

Potassium is over 1000 but lower than 3500.
Sodium is a 2060 out of 2300
Vitamin A is over by 19 %

I know sodium and potassium are the most important ones on Keto.

Just wondering if I should worry that my vitamin a is too high. I had to make some adjustments as my vitamin c and calcium were high too.

Iron is 23 out of 100.

Also, says my Cholesterol is over by 141 %. Should I be concerned?

You do need to add more sodium and potassium. Being over on vitamin A by 19% is fine, but try not to be over by too much like 200% or more consistently. Cholesterol should not be something to worry about. I do believe people on keto need a good multi-vitamin, so consider getting one. Vitamin C is well tolerated at insanely high amounts (up to about 4000%) so that's one thing you need to stop worrying about unless you are also taking blood thinners. Even in that case you are extremely unlikely to interfere with blood thinners with the amount of vitamin C you are able to get on keto.

Keto requires more sodium and potassium. Sodium should be around 4000. :)

I don't think the micronutrients data on here are anything like good enough to worry about.
