Hi all!
I used this program years ago to lose weight and did really well. I've now restarted it after having my third daughter six months ago.
I've heard a lot of people say the calorie tracker is inaccurate, which is frankly a relief! :D
I don't have a heart rate monitor so it's difficult for me to track how many I've actually burnt, so how do you guys log it?
Calisthenics? Light or vigorous effort?
Feel free to add me, I'd like some Kinect buddies :)
