Cathe Friendman workouts with ONLY dumbbells? Or kettlebells?

Hi guys

I'm not going to go and buy an expensive barbell, or get a stepper, or anything else really. I have a pull up bar, push up bars to ease pressure on my wrists, and enough dumb bells.

I can't really afford more equipment and couldn't be bothered with a bench, fitness ball, barbell, or a stepper.

Any ideas of which Cathe Friedman workout DVDs I should get considering the above? I keep on hearing how great she is, and can't find any other workouts besides P90X that does strength training. I want to go to maintenance weight (78-80 kg for a 5"10 man), and then gradually continue losing fat and building muscle at a slow pace. I know weight training is key and have lots of experience.

But I don't want to go to the gym with a bunch of grunting meatheads, lol. Any suggestions?

    I'm asking because it seems like she requires a lot of additional equipment and I don't want to be bothered with that. But I also don't want to deal with Tony Horton anymore, either. LOL
