Woke this morning with a pounding headache, I am getting over a cold, and felt like C@*p, very unmotivated to go for my morning walk but figured a bit of fresh air couldn't hurt. It was a shorter walk then usual for a variety of reasons, but when I got back my headache was gone and I felt energized. The moral of my story, maybe exercise will be that one thing today that improves your day. Good luck!

It is possible. When my alarm goes off I want nothing more but to go back to sleep for 30 minutes. But instead, I get up and do it. And once I start, I feel so much better and am glad I did it. Just have to remember how you feel during and/or after.0
