Hello my name is Vanessa

Hi, I'm a 41 year old mother of 4. My kids' ages are; 18, 14, 9, and 8 months!
It's time to get down to business. Summer is coming and now that I'm older I want to be HEALTHY as much as I want to lose the weight that is dragging me down. I'm 5'4.5" and about 185 lbs. :blush:
I don't have any white stuff in my house (potatoes, rice, pasta, bread)...It's now multi grain and whole wheat. Eating lean meats and maybe red meat once a week. Dry red wine! (in moderation+/- 1.5 glass a night...sometimes just water. I do like dairy... Cheese and such but I have Kefir, organic 2% or almond milk. I love sauteed veggies. I am loving quinoa. I am going to start paying attention to my sugar intake too. So...that's my story. Appreciate this website, constructive advice, and wish you guys all the best life has to offer!

    Hi eat fresh vegetables and low sugar fruits. Lean meat and very little sugar. Drink plenty of water no soda.
