Help.. MFP strength training not putting calories?

Why won't it add calories burned when I put in what I've done for strength training?

You can log your training in the strength section. Calories can be logged in the cardiovascular section. Type in strength training and it will pop up. Just realize that these calories are only an estimate.

Calories for weight training are burned over a period of time after the workout has ended. It's hard to determine what the calories burned are. Note it, but don't record the amount burned since you'd be guessing only

When I was doing NEAT I used calisthenics low moderate effort entry and that worked pretty well for me.

Link your MFP with Record (another underarmor app) put you lifting sessions into that and the cals burned transfers over
