Im 5'7 and currently 117lbs. I'm married and have month old daughter who is my world! In the beginning it was easy to drop the baby weight. I was 144 when I gave birth and it came off easily. Im actually lighter then my pregnancy weight. I would love to get down to 110lbs but I keep in the 117-120 range. Started this to take responsibly of my caloric intake. Friends with open diarys and encouragement would greatly help in my success.
