What are the macros on grilled chicken?

There are so many different entries and macro counts on mfp so I want a solid count per ounce. Mainly just protein and calories.

Well...your question is a little bit like asking "What color is a car?" There's a lot of variables that one single entry can't possibly take into account.
That said - if you're just looking stats on a generic, raw, boneless skinless chicken breast - I've found that adding "USDA" to your search in the MFP database will often bring up a good generic entry.
You'll of course need to also add any additions (oils, seasonings, marinades) separately.0 -
White meat? Dark meat? Skin on or skinless? You can look it up here:

Weigh the plain chicken raw. Add if you use any butter or oil or marinade separately. Grilling or baking makes no difference to anything.0
