I have tried the DVDs of 21 day fix and like it but still feel I have lots of fat over the muscle and need to rid the fat. I am at 29% body fat now. I am thinking if I do more cardio I can lose the fat quicker. Is this right?
This has been my workouts this week:
Monday: 45 minute elliptical , 45 min run
Tuesday: off
Wednesday: 60 min spin class
Thursday: 8 mile run at 9:30 pace
Friday: 45 min spin/ 45 min elliptical
Saturday: 5 to 8 mile run
Sunday:off
Suggestions?

You might want to look into weight lifting. Idk what the 21 DF dvds do, but I imagine it's a lot of cardio. I would look into incorporating lifting into your schedule.0

You lose fat by eating in a deficit. My doing resistance training, you can help hang on to muscle while losing, without it, you'll lose both muscle and fat. Eat at a reasonable deficit, lift and do cardio.0
