I've been working on getting from 199lbs to 170lbs and so far so good. It's been a long 6 months but I'm almost there.

I just joined myfitnesspal about a week ago and I am really enjoying it. My goal is now to try and get my BMI in check. My scale reminds me everyday that my BMI is to high and that I am overweight. It's like it taunts me everyday when I check my weight. Lol.
Anyway, I have no friends on this, so it would be great to get a few people to share tips, inspire and motivate.
