    You can't spot reduce. The best you can do is aim for overall fat loss and hope that it comes off in those areas.

    As mentioned, you can't choose where the fat goes away from. It goes at it goes. However, there's never an issue with working on toning up those areas. So don't let it discourage you if the fat doesn't seem to leave, if you stick with it, eventually it will. Just work on toning and strengthening your thighs, arms and booty and leave the rest to nature.

    I'd follow a normal, full-body strength program designed by a pro, without modifying it to target your fatty areas extra.
    If you have access to a gym, try NROL4W, Stronglifts, or a personal trainer's plan. At home, try Fitness Blender or Nerd Fitness. :+1:
