What is a good workout as a follow-up to insanity max 30?

Hello,
Been doing insanity max 30 for almost year and dropped 30kgs/66lbs. Problem now is that after so many repeats of the workout, my body is used to insanity and it feels like I am going through it with ease, barely pushing my body but I would like to drop another 10 kilos from my upper body which even though has reduced significantly, still looks undeveloped. My conclusion is that insanity max 30 is very poor for upper body. I am tempted to do body beast instead but I don't want to lose the stamina and endurance that insanity gave me. Tried to do both but its too much time

Have you looked into Hammer & Chisel? Or 21 day fix extreme? Those both use weights and from what I have heard are very good for upper body. I am halfway through month 2 of Max:30 and I am loving it. Back when I did Insanity the same thing happened to me...my body became used to the workouts and it no longer worked for me.0
