Wohoo, group time! How do you usually use my fitness pal? Are you honest?
Gonna be real, I usually skip the snacks. There's about 7 months left until the wedding though so I'll try and be serious. Goal weight :145. What are you shooting for?

Totally honest with my logging in my meal intake, I've been weighing everything that I have been eating, I don't drink anything other then water so I don't feel the need to weigh that at all. I'm on a low carb slow death diet, and I battle urges to snack, I haven't yet ( Knock on wood ) so far since Friday Jan. 1st I've eaten less then 120g of carbs for the whole week. I feel good knowing what I logged is accurate to my diet, and I gain strength feeling that I truly am accomplishing what I've set out to do.0
