I have a long list of songs I call my running music. It begins with Layla by Derrick and the Domino's (Eric Clapton), jumps to Born to Run, Bruce Springsteen, Jump by Van Halen... you get the picture... All 60s, 70s and some 80s.

I've never had a problem with older music as my music variety is extremely broad but I need something heavy or extremely upbeat!! Give me some song names & I will definitely check it out! I am super open minded!

Metallica, Aveneged Sevenfold, Volbeat, Five Finger Death Punch, Godsmack, Disturbed and Highly Suspect and when that doesn't cut it, anything with massive amounts of bass and a badass beat will get me goin'

The entire Hard Candy album by Madonna. Not even that big of a Madge fan but that album helped!
