I've started and stopped diets more times than i care to remember. Each one the same, Smartones and Lean Pockets. low calorie, high exercise. Which never lasts. This time i'm going about it differently. Fresh foods, no frozen meals. Most important difference, i'm not focusing on caloric intake instead i'm focused on the foods i eat. I've used myfitnesspal for three or four years, up until now i've only used it to track calories/exercise. Now i'd like to use it to meet new friends and build a support system.
