I have used MFP in the past by I had another baby and stopped. I'm a stay at home mommy with three kiddos and live in sunny Florida. I'm getting healthier and losing weight for myself and family. I have started a new group to keep me even more motivated and help others as well at stay at home moms(SAHM) hope to see others there as well
