Pre-Workout Break advice?

Hey Everyone

So it's official - I am completely immune to my preworkout now. C4 of course! I loved it - when it worked. Im not caffeine sensitive so I think it was the blend itself that I've learnt to tolerate - not sure exactly. Either way - I suppose I have to take a break or something :(

Anyone have any recommendations? How long to take a break from a preworkout, and is there any other out there that people found to be a good alternative? I realise most preworkouts have the same ingredients to the reality is I'll probably just have to quit completely for a while! What do you guys think? I've also thought about taking an actual CAFFEINE break.... caffeine does NOTHING to me, doesnt wake me up or anything in the morning. I thought maybe if I took a caffeine break too that maybe the preworkout might work better when I start back on it? Its not that I wont train without my preworkout I just LOVE it! Its so annoying that 2 scoops just does nothing anymore - barely even an itch!

Any suggestions appreciated!

Eat some high GI index carbs(chocolate, donuts, sugar), that will give you more of a boost than C4. Besides the caffeine which isnt that high of a dosage the other ingredients are pretty low dosages and ineffective in C4. Buy your own creatine monohydrate powder and take it daily on your own at 5000mg(5grams). Buy your own L-Arginine from walmart in pill form or somewhere cheap and take at least 1000mg just like C4 has and then up that by 1000mg and see how it effects you. Take your own caffeine pill that are usually about 200mg which is more than C4 has. Really its more of a mental thing but if you feel it helps try these things.

Just take a bit of a break. I love mine too so I get ya. After the first week you'll be more used to it. I did this when I was cutting for a bit-maybe for 3 weeks. C4 works for me in waves, it is not very strong. I switch back and forth with my MuscleTech.
