I'm 39! Lost 100 lbs over 3 years ago and then went to nursing school and gained 40 back! Not happy about that so I am back at it. Working out 4 times a week, increasing water and following the VLCD rules while cycling calories. Goal is a 50 pounds loss!! So far so good!!! Hiiiii to all and good luck!!!
